NBIC's Better Living Loan Plan Christmas campaign "CHRISTMAS WISHES" - 12/11/04

The NBIC's Better Living Loan Plan Christmas campaign "CHRISTMAS WISHES" commenced on Monday November 1, 2004 and will conclude on Friday December 31, 2004.Customers taking loans during this period will enjoy special interest rates, concessions on equity and will also get a chance to win a prize.

THE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Pick a discount:

Loans officers across our branches will have on their desks Christmas trees decorated with gift tags. Each tag will be specially marked with discounted rates. When a customer applies for a loan he or she will be given an opportunity to pick one of the cards off the Christmas tree. The percentage quoted on the card will then be discounted from the interest rate applicable for that particular loan.

Items financed during the campaign:

During the Christmas Wishes loan campaign customers can apply for loans to purchase computers, home furnishings and appliances, and for home improvements and to cover personal expenses. However, customers can still avail themselves of loans under the other categories such as education, travel and motor vehicles.

Concessions on Equity

Usually borrowers are required to provide equity contribution of 25% of the cost of the item being financed. However during the promotional period, that is from last Monday November 1, 2004 up to Friday December 31, 2004, special concessions would be granted for loans .Depending on the amount of the loan, equity contributions could be as low as 0% as but not higher than 20%.

Our customers are all winners by getting attractive interest rates and concessions on equity contribution. In addition, customers also get a chance to win a prize. Six drawings will be held during the promotional period, three in November and three in December. Each month three lucky loan customers will each receive a prize of $20,000: to be credited to a pre-named account.

How to qualify for a Christmas Wishes loan:

Requirements

  • Job letter
  • Proof of income (if self employed)
  • Invoice/quotation for item to be purchased
  • Estimate in case of repairs to/refurbishment of property
  • Utility bill to determine proof of address

The whole idea of the NBIC's Better Living Loan Plan "Christmas Wishes" is to make financing easily available so that customers can purchase items such as electrical appliances, computers, Home furnishings, and Home improvement for the Christmas and also benefit from our specials at this time of the year.

We must emphasize that loans are also available in all categories throughout the year at all of our branches and not only during promotions.
