1. What is the Republic Visa OneCard?
• The Republic Visa OneCard is a debit card that allows access to your local Republic Bank account anywhere in the world where VISA is accepted.
2. How do I know if I qualify?
• If you are a Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited deposit account holder , 13 years or older you qualify for the card.
3. How is it different from my current OneCard?
• This card allows access to any VISA ATM or Point of sale and you can also shop online using this card.
4. Can I use the Republic Visa OneCard when I travel?
• Yes, the card can be used at over 24million Points of Sale and 1million ATMs worldwide.
5. How much does the card cost?
• The Republic Visa OneCard costs G$600.00. However, if you have an existing OneCard or Access 24 Card, you may exchange this card at no cost until February 16, 2010.
6. How does the Republic Visa OneCard work?
• When you conduct a transaction, your account is immediately debited with the amount and any other fees/charges.
7. What if I lose my Republic Visa OneCard?
• Call either  226-9990 or 226-0113 on weekdays 8:00hrs-16:00hrs
  Or call 1-868-625-1200 after hours and on weekends and holidays ( note that this is not a toll free number)
8. Does  The Republic Visa OneCard replace my credit cards?
• No it does not. It's good to have the Republic Visa OneCard whether you have a credit card or not. It's like carrying cash - but safer - and gives you the power of Visa.
9. What about security?
• Keep the PIN confidential and card secure; this is the best way to protect your funds.
10. When does the Republic Visa OneCard expire?
•  Each Republic Visa OneCard is good for up to 5 years. The expiry date is printed on the front of the card. You may renew your card before the expiry date.
11. What minimum balance do I need to leave on my card?
• The Republic Visa OneCard accesses funds held in your account. So whatever funds are in your account you may have independent and ready access.
