The Blue Machine

Republic's Blue Machine service is the largest network of Automated Banking Machines. Use your neighbourhood Blue Machine to get 24/7 access to cash using your debit card.

The Blue Machine allows customers to access their accounts with their OneCard/VISA OneCard for:

  • Balance information
  • Withdrawals
  • Deposits *(Subject to one (1) business day for verification)
  • Bill payments
  • Account transfers

Blue Machine allows you to:
  • Make deposits to and withdraw from accounts
  • View balance information of your accounts
  • Make bill payments for major utilities such as GTT, GWI, GPL and Digicel
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • GY$70 per withdrawal
  • To minimize time spent at the ATM have your Republic OneCard/VISA OneCard ready.
  • If you detect any suspicious activity or suspicious person(s) in or around the ATM do not use it.
  • Carefully conceal your cash before leaving the ATM so that it is not in public view or easily accessible.
  • Always take your receipts and be sure to remove your Republic OneCard/VISA OneCard before leaving the ATM.
  • All ATM transactions require your PIN i.e. your Personal Identification Number. It’s best to memorize your PIN. Do NOT write it on your card or anywhere else.
  • Never give your Personal Identification Number to anyone.
  • If you forget your Personal Identification Number, visit any Republic Bank branch with your ID to have it reset.
  • If your Republic OneCard/VISA OneCard is lost or stolen, immediately notify the nearest Republic Bank branch for a replacement.
  • Never accept help from anyone at the ATM.
  • The Republic OneCard/VISA OneCard offers access to your account(s), keep it safe and out of sight.
  • Remember, always stand as close as you can to the ATM, so that your body shields the transaction.

 

Insert your card and confirm if a receipt is required.
  • Enter your PIN
  • Select the type of transaction (cash withdrawal or fast cash withdrawal option)
  • Select the type of account (chequing or savings) you want to access
  • Select any of the listed amounts or select ‘Other Amount’ if you require an amount not listed
  • If listed amount selected:
  • Retrieve your card, money and confirmation receipt at the end of transaction.
  • If ‘Other Amount’ selected:
  • Enter the amount you require
  • Retrieve your card, money and confirmation receipt at the end of transaction.

Note: If there are multiple accounts on your card, ‘Fast Cash’ withdrawals can only be done from the one account with this feature enabled.
Insert your card and confirm if a receipt is required.
  • Enter your PIN
  • Select ‘Deposit’ from the transaction options
  • Select the type of account (Chequing or Savings) you want to access
    NB: If you have multiple accounts of the same type on your cards e.g. two (2) or more Savings accounts, the account numbers will then be displayed for you to select the one you want to use.
  • Enter the amount that you are depositing
  • A deposit envelope will then be dispensed from a slot on the machine
  • Place deposit into the envelope provided, ensuring that it does not contain more than 30 notes/cheques and select ‘Ready’ to deposit the envelope
  • Insert the envelope into the slot
  • You will then be asked if another transaction is required
  • Retrieve your card and confirmation receipt, if no additional transaction is required

  • Enter your PIN
  • Select ‘Transfer’ from the transaction options
  • Select the type of transfer based on type of accounts i.e.
    • Chequing to Chequing
    • Chequing to Savings
    • Savings to Savings
    • Savings to Chequing
    NB: If you have multiple accounts of the same type on your cards e.g. two (2) or more Savings accounts, the account numbers will then be displayed for you to select the one you want to use.
  • Enter the amount you wish to transfer
  • Retrieve your card and confirmation receipt at the end of the transaction

Insert your card and confirm if a receipt is required.
  • Enter your PIN
  • Select ‘Account Balance’ from the transaction options
  • Select the type of account (Chequing or Savings) you wish to enquire the balance
    NB: If you have multiple accounts of the same type on your cards e.g. two (2) or more Savings accounts, the account numbers will then be displayed for you to select the one you want to use.
  • Retrieve your card and confirmation receipt at the end of the transaction
